- New York City's resident super soldier, Captain America (Steven Rogers)
- A junior member of the JLA, Stargirl (Courtney Whitmore)
- The Marine Corps. member from Detroit, Michigan, Commander Steel (Henry Heywod, Sr.)
- The high tech heroine from San Fransisco, California, Skyrocket (Celia Forrestal)
