NEW RULES EVERYONE - Requests Are Open Once Again

The limit of two requests is PER PERSON and NOT PER ACCOUNT. I have this limit to be FAIR to EVERYONE who wants to place requests, so EVERYONE has a chance to get some done and the list is NOT monopolized by impatient people. ANY attempt to place more requests via a different account than the one you used to place your original requests WILL BE DECLINED if I find out. Furthermore if there are NUMEROUS REPEATED ATTEMPTS to do so, I will be forced to BAN YOUR SPARE ACCOUNT. If you STILL continue to do so I will be forced to BAN YOUR REGULAR ACCOUNT TOO. I do not WANT to, and I do not LIKE to have to add this to the journal, but I HAVE caught someone attempting to do this and manipulate the list and this is NOT FAIR to everyone else. The purpose of these rules is to be FAIR and if I have to ban people to ensure that it STAYS fair, then I guess I will have too. I don't like being mean, so PLEASE don't force me to have to be.

Alrighty. So I just finished the heavy backlog of requests I had and man oh man was it a doozy. So much of a doozy that I have decided to implement new rules for requests while I am at college. This is being done to limit my stress and hopefully the waiting time people have between when they place their request and when it gets done. They are as follows:

1. Each person may ask for a total of TWO requests at a time. Only TWO. If you ask for more than two, I will pick which ones I will be doing for you.

2. You may only place more requests once BOTH of your previously placed requests are completed.

3. Refer to the List of Progress that will be located at the bottom of this journal. I will update it as necessary.

4. Remember the usual outline as well:
-either send me a note or a comment
-tell me the characters you want AND where they are from; don't just assume I know
-inform me if you want them in a specific position (i.e. kissing, hugging, etc)
-inform me if you want the characters in a specific outfit, otherwise I will put them in the outfit of my choice
-IF A BASE REQUEST: you must inform me if it is a fully body or portrait style base you want
-I have the right to say no
-Your request MAY get bumped down if you make multiple requests and many other people also have requests, but keep in mind I always get them done eventually
